Donal O’Sullivan

Donal holds a Dairy Science degree from University College Cork and MA in Marketing from Kingston University. Having worked for more than 20 years in various technical and commercial roles in the functional food ingredient sector Donal returned to Ireland as CEO of Coop Animal Health Group and Nutribio.

Operations Manager

Audrey Lacey

Audrey Lacey is responsible for the complete Supply Chain in Nutribio from purchasing, planning, operations, maintenance, investing management and control to delivery of the order to the customer, on time and in full. Audrey works closely with Contract Manufacturing customers to manage the production plan to effectively meet customer demand and support new business growth.

Sales and Marketing Manager

Richard Lynch

Richard holds a Food Science degree from University College Cork and Masters in Sales Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He has extensive experience in leading sales teams domestically and internationally. Richard’s key focus is to ensure our experienced team provides first class service to our valued customers.

Technical Manager

Ian Hutchinson

Ian holds a of Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree from the University of Reading and a PhD in Dairy Cow nutrition and fertility from University College Dublin. Ian’s role at Nutribio involves leading the technical team in the research and development of new products, ensuring full compliance with the latest national and EU legislation, and managing a number of innovative projects within the organisation. Ian has been with Nutribio for 5 years, and prior to joining the company worked in Dairy Cow research for 5 years in Teagasc Moorepark. 

Business Development Manager

Conor Cleary

Conor holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an MSc in Livestock Science from Aberystwyth University. Conor holds the position of Business Development Manager, focusing on developing the international market for Nutribio’s contract manufacturing business.  He works closely with Nutribio’s contract manufacturing customers, bringing his technical background and enthusiasm to best meet their needs.  Conor has experience in Nutribio in Research & Development and as Formulations and Compliance Manager.

Quality Manager

Heather Pratt

Heather holds a BSc (Honors) in Land Management in Agricultural Science from Waterford Institute of Technology and a Quality Management Diploma from Cork Institute of Technology. Heather manages the controls and checks in production from the selection of raw materials through production to despatch. Managing the quality team, Heather ensures products leaving Nutribio are compliant to legislative and customer requirements, consistent, free from contamination and fully traceable. Heather works closely with manufacturing customers to ensure any specific testing requirements are completed in addition to Nutribio’s standard quality management program.
